We pride ourselves on being highly flexible to ensure every second of your time is well used to see all the sites you want. We generally ask that pick ups from London are from Heathrow or West London areas. We don’t now collect or drop off in central London, as the additional time and cost is prohibitive..it can add 3 hours more than a LHR drop off for a return trip to Cornwall .  However, we are able to accommodate other locations. We are also able to pick you up from further afield. Please note that this would be subject to an additional fee yet could incorporate visits to locations on our journey back down south. Please get in touch for itinerary options and pricing.

On our single day tours we will pick you up in the morning from your chosen hotel, anywhere in Devon or Cornwall.

You most certainly can. All locations listed in our itineraries are suggestions only. So, if you have a spot in mind you would like to explore then simply let James know and together you can build your totally bespoke tour.

They certainly are. We are happy to be able to offer our wonderful tours through summer, spring, autumn and winter. The summer months are our busiest periods so if you are looking to take a tour with us during this time we advise you to book as far in advance as possible…especially May, June and September which are the busiest months.

Of course! One of the best things about booking a Select South West tour is that you are totally in control of where you go and what you see. James is happy to show off locations beyond the South West of England so the possibilities really are endless.

A £100 per day non-refundable deposit is paid on booking . The outstanding balance is then due to be paid two weeks before your tour.

While meals are not included in the price of any of our tours, there is a plentiful number of eateries in many of the locations we visit. We have a network of recommendations including cosy pubs or traditional cafes. As such, we are confident we would always be able to recommend lunch and dinner spots that would suit any diet. If you are concerned about this, please feel free to get in touch .

Absolutely! It is a bit of a steep climb up to the castle so you may choose to admire it from the mainland, or cross the causeway to the island but not head up to the castle. Tickets are now required to access the Island, not just to go up to the Castle.

We will always do our best to accommodate guests with limited mobility. Please contact James to discuss your specific requirements and curate a wonderful tour for you.

Unfortunately we are not able to do half day tours.

Yes we do. Please see our private transfers page or get in touch to discuss this option further.

Please get in touch with us to discuss which add-on experience you’re interested in and we’ll give you a quote and make it happen!
