The agreement to participate on any tours offered by Select South West Tours establishes a contractual agreement between you (the participant) and Select South West Tours (herein referred to as “We”) and represents your acquiescence of the terms and conditions set out herein.

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions prior to booking.

1. All bookings are normally done via email. All I need would be an email from you confirming the booking and I will and must send you back a confirmation in return to confirm.
2. Tour bookings are taken on a First Come First Served basis. Our service is very popular particularly in May, June and September , so if you are interested in our private tours on a specific date then I would recommend booking early. We regularly have people booking 12 months in advance
3. We have a number of excellent guides working for us, and If you want someone in particular, please advise us at booking. We cannot guarantee availability, but will try our best to accommodate you.
4. All our tours are generally for groups of up to 6 or 7 people, charges vary based on the number of participants. adding extra attendees may incur additional charges.
5. Our tours are private tours and only operated for you and your group, we never mix groups . I will never bring in other groups on your tour, this is my promise to you that our tour is a private tour.
6. Tour fees and itineraries will be confirmed with you well in advance. Please note, our itineraries are not final, and we reserve the right to amend them , even on the day if required. This will normally be only due to external circumstances like excess traffic, attraction or road closures etc. etc and we will always discuss possible changes with you on the day. No partial refunds will be given if we are unable to visit certain destinations due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. For bookings I would only need your 1) your email address 2) your home/cell phone number 3) the hotel you are staying.
8. All tours must be confirmed via email.
9. Tours are only valid by receiving the confirmation email from Select Southwest Tours.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

1. To secure the booking , we take a £100 per day non returnable deposit . You simply pay the balance by card or cash in £GBP when we pick you up, or in advance or by instalments by agreement. Payment of the agreed deposit will indicate that you have read and accepted terms and conditions on this page. The deposits are non refundable as I spend many ours in advance of your tour developing your itineraries, and I also have to cover fixed costs like vehicle financing and insurance over the winter months when we are not operating many tours.
2. Once the booking is confirmed , we will put together a detailed itinerary for you which we can tweak until you are happy with the plan.
3. Regarding accommodation , we leave you to book this once the itinerary is agreed, but can make some suggestions based on your preferences once we know the area where you want to stay. We accept no responsibility if accommodation we suggest does not meet your requirements.

EXCLUSIONS

Accommodation, entry fees where applicable, meals, drinks other than that specified above, admissions other than those agreed, tips and gratuities.

CANCELLATIONS

1. For any reason you would like to cancel your tour, then you will need to notify me in writing via email. I will confirm with you regarding your cancellation.There will be no refunds of the deposit paid in the event of you cancelling your tour.
2. Cancellations of tours due to bad weather is very rare from our perspective. In this case, we would try to reschedule the tour to a different time or date, otherwise a full refund of the deposit will be paid.

LIABILITIES AND PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

1. All information provided on the Select South West Tours website is correct to the best of the authors knowledge. We are not liable for any errors, misunderstandings, exceptions.
2. Photographs and pictures appear on this website are only used as an indication of attractions, actual locations may vary depending on your tour.
3. We do not assume responsibility or any liability for any tour participants’ own misunderstanding or misinterpretation of any information provided on the website or this document.
4. All tours are undertaken at the tour participants’ own risk. 5. All tours will require some walking, and we will endeavour to tailor this to clients mobility and ability. if you are unsure about your level of fitness for this tour, please bring this to our attention prior to booking. Personal fitness and any medication condition or medication being taken that might affect your health on participating in any of our tours must be notified to us in writing via email prior to the tour.
5. South West Tours accept no liability or obligation in the event of any illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal property. Personal Accident Insurance coverage is strongly recommended.
6. All food and beverage items consumed are at the participants’ risk and responsibilities, Select South West Tours accept no liabilities in this instance..
7. Select South West Tours reserve the right to photograph or file any event and participants, as well as to use such images for promotion and/or commercial purposes without further recourse and compensation. For our detailed privacy policy please click HERE

Itineraries and other materials supplied to the participants, whether in hard copy or in electronic format or any other form are all personal copyrights of Select South West Tours without limitation, and are not to be reproduced in whole or in part, or distributed to any Third Party in any form or whatsoever, without an expression in written permission of the copyright holder. Any breach of the concerned matter may be escalated to a civil matter.
