The Sheepdog Experience
Witness the inspiring partnership between man & working dog, including novices right up to the dogs that have achieved national competition wins, with a chance to participate yourselves! We will stop at a well-known local inn on our return where you will have the choice of a pint of locally brewed ale & sample a delicious cream tea.
The Cornish Tea experience
One of only two Tea Gardens in Europe, Tregothnan estate produces a variety of superb teas, thanks to its unique microclimate. In a gorgeous setting on the banks of the River Fal, this 2-hour experience involves a walk through the tea garden, where your expert host will explain all about the history and process of the making here. We will finish with a tea tasting session.
The Cornwall Sailing Experience
The estuary of the River Fal is said to be the third largest natural harbor in the world, & you’ll have the opportunity to spend time on a classic 47 ft ketch with an experienced skipper, see the fantastic Cornish coast, spot plenty of wildlife and enjoy some classic Cornish delights to boot!
The Plymouth Synagogue Tour
The Synagogue in Plymouth is the oldest still in use in the English-speaking world, built in 1762! This tour will delve into the history of the building as well as reveal some of the fascinating people associated with it, including the woman who created a crisis in the British monarchy!
The Cornish Tin Mine Experience
A fantastic opportunity to experience the life of a Cornish tin miner! On this exclusive private tour, you will be shown the workings of the mine, hear countless stories of the Miners, and even go underground to see the 18th Century tunnels and workings. *Admission fees not include in price.
The Devon Cheese & Wine Experience
Our private Vineyard tour starts with a glass (or 2!) of a classic English sparkling wine and is followed by a selection of still wines in the vineyard. You will also sample some award-winning cheeses, all in the magnificent setting of the Devon Countryside.
The Cornwall Cheese & Wine Experience
Sample the award-winning wines from one of Cornwall’s leading producers. This experience includes a welcome drink, vineyard tour, winery talk with a tasting in the tank room, & a sampling of 4 further wines – all helped along by delicious local food of cheese & charcuterie platters!
Cornish Castle & Gardens
This fantastic private tour around the impressive 200-year-old Coastal Castle & Gardens at Caerhays starts with a personal welcome by the Castle owner, Charles Williams. A guided tour of the Castle follows, before a personal tour of the Magnificent Gardens and winner of the historic house’s garden of the year award in 2016. We will finish with drinks in the magnificent drawing room.
Distillery Tour & Tasting
Colwith Farm Distillery is a real gem, making award-winning vodka & gin using homegrown potatoes. On this experience, take a 45-minute distillery tour followed by a tasting for £17.50pp, or, enjoy the gin masterclass for £110pp / £165 for 2 people – and create your own bespoke, professionally bottled/labelled gin to take home!
Knightor Winery Tour & Tasting
Situated near St. Austell in South Cornwall, Knightor produces a fantastic selection of sparkling wines, and a spectacularly good Vermouth. On this experience, you will have a tour of the winery, followed by a tasting for 4 wines – and then a slap-up lunch of a Cornish Ploughman’s or Charcuterie Board to finish.
Cornish Pasty Making Experience
It doesn’t get more Cornish than this! Enjoy a private pasty making & cream tea workshop Philleigh Way Cookery School. The session covers the history & heritage of the pasty as your make and sample your own with hands-on guidance. Afterwards, sit down & enjoy a tradtional cream tea before heading home with your freshly baked goods!
